Welcome
Right now, there is an enthusiastic grassroots community of trail and ultra runners in New Jersey. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of a few individuals, the New Jersey trail/ultra scene has been steadily growing, making it great time to be a trail runner in the Garden State.
We are an informal trail running group in Northern New Jersey. Our site is a way to link the NJ trail running community, and to let people know of our upcoming group trail runs and to spread information on upcoming trail races. There are no membership fees for the group and anyone is welcome to come out for the group runs.
Also, if anyone wants to contribute any other information related to trail running or ultramarathons in NJ (i.e. group websites, upcoming races, race reports, etc.) feel free to send it to us and we will be happy to post it.

Next Group Run - Sunday - 08/01
Mahlon Dickerson Reservation
This Sunday, we will be meeting at Mahlon Dickerson Reservation at 8:30am to run the 12.5 km (7.75 miles) race course of the upcoming Mahlon Mayhem trail race, with race director Rick McNulty leading the way. This will be a great chance to get a preview of the course before the race. The meeting spot is the location in the below map off Weldon Rd.
