Our group runs take place just about every Sunday morning, rain or shine. The runs are a great place to meet other local runners and to run with like minded people (because none of your other friends care about your new hydration pack, saw the article in this month's UltraRunning Magazine, or want to argue about the real merit of Gortex shoes).  Our runs generally range anywhere from 6-20 miles. But since this is such a wide range in distance, check the main page for the specific details for each week's run.
